Molly Has Done It Again!
A big congratulations to 2015 UNSW Honours student Molly Rowe, who has won the UNSW School of Chemical Engineering Prize for Best Honours Presentation! This is Molly's second prize for the year, after winning the prestigious RACI Treloar Prize at the 35th Australasian Polymer Symposium on the Gold Coast in July. This also marks the second year in a row that students from the Soft Matter Chemistry group have claimed this award, after Ian Wong's award in 2014. Well done Molly!

New Article in ACS Applied Materials and Interfaces on Water Collecting Surfaces!
Congratulations to my 2014 Honours student Ian Wong, whose work has recently been published in the journal ACS Applied Materials and Interfaces! The title of Ian's article is 'Micropatterned Surfaces for Atmospheric Water Condensation via Controlled Radical Polymerization and Thin Film Dewetting.' This work is part of a collaborative research project with A/Prof Chiara Neto (University of Sydney) with regards to designing and evaluating water collection on polymeric surfaces
