We've been keeping busy during the COVID-19 lockdown!
It's a pleasure to see our new review article "Advances and Opportunities of Oil-in-Oil Emulsions" appear in the journal ACS Applied Materials and Interfaces. You can read the article and download it here: https://pubs.acs.org/doi/abs/10.1021/acsami.0c07993
This collaborative work was led by Aadarash Zia, PhD candidate at Monash University under the supervision of Dr Kristian Kempe. Our good friend and collaborator A/Prof Emily Pentzer is also an author on the manuscript as we continue to work together in the non-aqueous emulsion research space!
I found the review on non-aqueous emulsions really interesting because it explained complex chemistry ideas in a way that still felt connected to real-world applications.
