New Review on Non-Aqueous Emulsions!

We've been keeping busy during the COVID-19 lockdown!

It's a pleasure to see our new review article "Advances and Opportunities of Oil-in-Oil Emulsions" appear in the journal ACS Applied Materials and Interfaces. You can read the article and download it here: https://pubs.acs.org/doi/abs/10.1021/acsami.0c07993

This collaborative work was led by Aadarash Zia, PhD candidate at Monash University under the supervision of Dr Kristian Kempe. Our good friend and collaborator A/Prof Emily Pentzer is also an author on the manuscript as we continue to work together in the non-aqueous emulsion research space!

I found the review on non-aqueous emulsions really interesting because it explained complex chemistry ideas in a way that still felt connected to real-world applications. During a difficult geometry and science project at college, I used Geometry Assignment Help in UK while trying to manage formulas and technical research together, so the detailed discussion in this post reminded me of that experience. It also showed how important research and experimentation are for improving materials and scientific understanding over time.
